Installation
- Download the file: Download the EXE file from the SAWMANAGER website.
- Run the file: Open File Explorer and double-click the downloaded file.
- Confirm security prompt: If a security warning appears, click “Yes” to start the installation.
- Follow the instructions: Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
- Complete the installation: Click “Finish” once the installation is complete.
- Launch the program: Open the program via the Start menu or a desktop shortcut.
Using the trial version
- After installation, the software is available for 30 days.
- Limitation: No CSV export during this phase.
Registration/Licensing
- Create machine(s) (Menu “Order Data” > “Machine” or in “Machine Data”).
- Insert license key to activate CSV export (on the main screen via “Order Data” > “Activate now” or via “Edit Machine” > “Insert license key”).
File management
- Cutting jobs are saved and loaded as .SLA files.
- Stock data can be imported or exported via Excel file.
- Import function also for fixed length data: Copy any table (e.g. from Excel or Word) (Ctrl+C) and paste it into SawManager using the Paste button (Ctrl+V).
- Export of optimization:
- To Excel (opens directly) – always available. To CSV (with save dialog) – requires license key.
System requirements
- Windows operating system (version 10/11) is recommended or required.
- Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program (e.g., for importing/exporting data).
- File management via Windows File Explorer (e.g., loading/saving *.SLA, Excel, CSV files).
